What a beautiful week in Utah at the Haven retreat! I was so impressed by the power in taking back my own power. The classes were amazing and the education was priceless. I had the honor of working with 21 other survivors and created many beautiful friendships while I was there this week! I participated in something called Mauy Thai technique for releasing and taking back inner turmoil and stuck trauma from child sexual abuse! It was released! It was life changing. That was one of many classes offered while I was there. I keep moving forward with my own healing to extend to all of you through the power of transformational healing work. I’m getting ready to start sharing what I am learning the reason I started Nonprofit 707SAFE! Your support means everything to our fight as warriors!
